Mentoring & Coaching
I mentor Founders in their start-up journey in one-on-one coaching sessions.
These are part-business advisory, and part-life coaching, designed to support entrepreneurs to lead their business in a way that is clear in their vision, aligned to their values and is sustainable for both their lifestyle and the commercial demands of the business.

Food Writing
My culinary background and passion for niche ingredients has led me to write and publish cookery books with Pavilion Books / Harper Collins over the last decade.
“Miso Tasty” (2016), “Tofu Tasty” (2021) and “Miso” (2026) are available in the UK, USA, Netherlands, France, Japan, Australia, South Africa and Canada.
I have also written for food media publications including Food & Wine, Guardian Feast, The Independent and Waitrose Food Magazine.

Entrepreneurship
I ran Miso Tasty for 14 years, growing the business internationally from the UK to Australia, and from retail supermarkets to food service, wholesale and manufacturing channels.
Miso Tasty and I have won countless awards, but most notably winning 3 Great Taste Awards in 2025 for our signature miso paste, and the highly covetable Golden Fork Award from the Guild of Fine Foods.
The Miso Tasty brand was acquired by William Jackson Food Group in 2023 - Miso Tasty is available in over 5,000 stores globally - UK, Australia, Canada & South Africa.
I remain an advisor to the brand.

TV & Media
As the face of the Miso Tasty brand for more than a decade, I have regularly been featured on TV shows including BBC Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch in the UK, and Espresso in South Africa.
I have done live cookery demos on stage at BBC Good Food Show, Regent’s Park Taste of London, and the Waitrose Food & Drink Festival for the last 6 years.

Keynote Speaker
I speak on a number of topics across food and entrepreneurship.
I am a regular on panels both as a participant and as a chair and facilitator on themes ranging from emerging food trends and innovation, to entrepreneurship, raising investment, and women in business. I have done keynote speeches at graduation ceremonies and corporate events.

Residencies
I am an ‘Entrepreneur-In-Residence’ at London School of Economics and Mission Kitchen, in London.
Here I run workshops and webinars for startup founders, mentor alumni and members as well as consult on curriculum.
